Phuket City Tour - One Day trip by Mini Van

Then visit Chalong Temple, the most revered and renowned monastery in Phuket. It enshrines the gilt statues of monk-hero Luang Pho Chaem and his assistant. Luang Pho Chuang, both much revered by local people because of their roles in quelling the miner rebellion in 1876,

Heading to Big Buddha is one of the most important, revered and NEW landmarks on the island, this huge image-45 metres tall, sits on top of the Nakkerd Hills between Chalong and Kata and, can be seen from Phuket Town, Chalong Bay and Karon Beach. The lofty site offers the best 360-degree views of the island, with sweeping vistas of Phuket Town, Kata, Karon, Chalong Bay and more. Relatively easily reachable via a winding 6-km road leading from main artery route, it is a must-visit island destination.

The tour continues through the lush green countryside to the southern beaches, Cape Prom Thep and Kata View Point, which offers a spectacular view of the Andaman sea and the offshore islands.
